Brasas Latin Food - Mississauga

Brasas Latin food is one of my favourites restaurants in the city, I always feel like eating at home here, the menu is excellent. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order. I am always delighted with my food! The serves are great always efficient and polite. I am eager to return and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to try some Colombia gastronomy.

Ahhhh this place's food is SO GOOD, it's the next day but I'm still staring at the menu salivating. If you want very comforting food, decent portion, and a friendly service, don't skip out on this place! We had the bandeja paisa and lengua a la criolla and they were both just divine. The bandeja paisa is hearty and extremely filling, lots and lots of protein! But if you want to try something a bit more adventurous, try the lengua a la criolla, it is super flavourful and extremely tender, it's also served with the best tasting potato, I don't know what they did to it but it was the last piece of my meal because I loved it so much! If you're with someone, I'd recommend to get both and share. They actually forgot the avocado in our bandeja paisa and offered to give us it after our meal, but we were so stuffed we said it was okay. Lovely folks and beautiful food, we will be back again 100% thank you! Update (March 26 2021): THIS PLACE IS JUST AS GOOD AS LAST TIME!! ahhh love it so much!!! Also try the empanadas if you can!

Great food, great service, clean and spacious really nice people like Andres our server, highly recommend this place for Latin food. Will come back again for sure !!!

Had lunch there today with my partner. The food was true Colombian deliciousness. Best Colombian empanadas I've had in Canada they were perfect. Bandeja Paisa (though pricey at $26.99) was everything I had remembered and everything was so fresh and homemade. The waiter didn't speak much English and my Spanish isn't great but we figured it out. Lulo and maracuya juice was delicious, just a tad too sweet. Buñelos are a favourite treat for my family, but only sold on weekends here. Would 100% come again. We will be back! Thanks so much for a great lunch!

It tastes like real Colombian food ????????????. Amazing service, great Latin home-made food. I ordered the ajiaco soup and the portion was big.it is definitely the best ajiaco of the Mississauga restaurants. I wish the cream that usually comes with it was on the side instead of mixed already in the soup, but overall good. I will be back for sure!!
