There are pitifully few vegan options in the typical food court (even the Cultures in Square One puts meat in just about everything). I had the jasmine rice with coconut curry tofu, veggies and peanut sauce (all the sauces are vegan-friendly). It was delicious! The service was friendly. I will definitely return.
