Bashu Sichuan Cuisine - Mississauga

Eating was good, but waiting for the trip was really long. we waited near an hour, if not anymore. I would recommend calling forward and ordering if they take off to avoid a long waiting period.

Excellent Chinese food, it's run by Cantonese people but they serve Sichuan foods which is very spicy! I got the beef with onions, big plate chicken, deep fried tilapia with soup (forgot the name) and fried frog legs. So delicious, beware that if you request mild spice it will still be quite spicy. But their nonspicy dishes are also amazing. A bit expensive but the portions are really big.Service is minimal, you order from an iPad and the servers bring the food out, but that's typical of Chinese restaurants so I'm not docking stars there.My only real complaint is charging $2.50 for a small bowl of rice. Come on, rice is so cheap, shouldn't it come free with the meal when I'm spending $100+ anyways?

Pretty large portions for whatever we ordered. Liked everything I tried.

I had the deep fried frog legs and the congee with fish.The congee was very tasty. The frog legs were pretty good too. Except for the fact that there was a lot of Bones, but I think it just comes like that but either way it was delicious!

Ordered so much food for dinner but the quality is lacking. The beef was not fresh and all the dishes are oversalted.. Disappointed with the food
