Astoria Shish Kebob House Dundas Ltd

Received a warm welcome. The staff is very nice. You can tell they are into customer service. I've been to many Kebob places in the city. The food was good. not over the top fantastic but not horrible either. I guess I'm use to the other kebob places. Every restaurant has a certain way of preparing their food and this place is no different. The Roasted potatoes seemed either boiled or steamed and a little roasted. not just roasted. The beef was very good and cooked the way I liked it. The salad was very good also. I just wasn't too keen on the rice and potatoes. That's just my preference and not the restaurants fault. I found the prices to be average and on par with other places the same style.

Delicious food (The plate of appetizers, Grilled Calamari, Lamb, Greek salad, etc). the generous portions, and most especially the quick service with a smile, made for an enjoyable evening with four long time friends and colleagues.

Delicious Greek food! We come here often for our date night. A lot of families and unite noisey. Always busy- but always quick service! Good menu and good portions! Saganaki (probably butchering the spelling) is awesome and has a great wow factor! The server lights it on fire at the table and yells OPA!

Went for a late lunch for Mother's Day. Service was excellent. Food was okay. Portions are huge, price is a average, flavor is somewhat bland. Appetizer platter is a nice sampler. Greek salad was disappointing. Waxy tomatoes and rusty lettuce. I was told the pork souvlaki was fatty, however the lamb, Cornish hens and mousaka received good reviews from fellow guests. I would not recommend or return.

The service was just amazing. The food mostly excellent. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is due to the Greek salad. I wasn't completely happy with it, but everything else is amazing!!
