Earls Kitchen + Bar - Square One

I found where we were sitting, the opposite was too low-noise, music too loud to lead a conversation or to hear the other person. the food was very good and the service.

Birthday. our server was excellent- very attentive, friendly, polite and made sure that we were happy and satisfied with eating and service. his name is sparsh. he deserves recognition. would go back and ask him back as a server. eating was also good and details like a card for my sister and a free dessert for her as it was her birthday, were very appreciated. Thank you.

Where we started to sit immediately and ordered our drinks. the server came once to take our order, but we were not ready. but then he didn't come for a very long time. the food lasted one because to get out, then we had to send the frits very over cooked and cold. then they forgot my sangria, and as soon as it came, a lipstick was on my glass. at this point I was about it and didn't want it. then the bill came and we were overloaded. the manager was very nice and gave us a dessert and took the pommes. but overall I will not return sad

A friendlier waiter would have earned a bigger tip; on time reservations would have been appreciated- as what is the point of having a reservation if you have to wait because no tables are available?

Awesome customer service by Tylo, he was professional and knowledgeable. Awesome atmosphere at Earls Square One. Great food and drinks. Keep up the great work overall.
