What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
The evaluation is based on the service, as the food is constantly good, but the service is sub par. Sometimes they don't use the portal. I use the app to make it comfortable, but the last couple of times my pizza is placed in the warmer instead of the portal and then I have to wait for an employee to help me how often there is not someone waiting to help customers who go. Takes 40min to get a Hot-N-ready. 11-9-22. After 6pm. Manager never came out to the see issue.
Drive a few minutes to a different location. Or wait a few months till they teach this kids how to properly make a pizza. The lack of cheese, look at the empty spots, worker said it's because the cheese they put is already set to a certain amount. This is one of them, the other pizza was worst, empty bread all over it. Disappointed, took my 5 stars and turned it to 1.
Sorry to say but the quality of the pizza here has gone down really really bad, I wasn't impressed with the last pizzas I got from here. more crust than anything, wings were tiny, just no!
Every time I visit this location, they don’t have any pizzas ready, usually there is a wait of 10 mins or more. Its not like i am asking for any custom order, why even call it hot n ready? Should be call hot n 20 minutes. Last time i try.
