I recently had a conversation with the regional manager regarding my experience at the restaurant. I visited the restaurant last Sunday and again yesterday, and I must say there was a significant improvement in the quality of service. However, I was disappointed that the chicken had no flavor. When I tried to complain, I was offered a free order on my next visit, but I didn't see the point in getting another batch of flavorless chicken. I then reached out to the customer service number but did not receive a response. A month later, I called again and was informed that I had been refunded. However, I found this to be unsatisfactory and requested a response from the regional manager. It has been two weeks and I still have not heard back from them.

Church's Chicken is always cooked and served fresh, just the way you like it. Come by and grab your box of chicken today, and don't forget to ask about their daily specials.

I have an excellent experience. I received not only the best customer service, but I got very tasty and fresh chicken strips. Shout to the young lady who visited me in the drive thru window, I didn't have her name, darn it!!
