Just one of those typical restaurant that serves great American-Chinese food. The only concern is the tables, every time I go, I get a wobbly table. The chicken egg rolls ar... read more We visited yesterday and had dinner. We ordered the dinner specials, chicken and vegetables, chicken egg rolls and shrimp and scallops. The chicken egg rolls are very good, so is the hot and sour soup. The price is reasonable and the service is great. We will visit again.

I thought... read more 2 stars for the good service, clean environment and quick food delivery. However, the food was lacking in flavor like to they point it was tasteless. I thought it was just mine and then tasted my husband's and realized it was both plates. We actually took the plates to-go and ate somewhere else. Presentation was nice and the egg rolls were good

Came in with family to get a decent meal after a long day. The food was delivered well and cooked decently. Unfortunately, the service was severely lacking. Waitress never asked to provide beverages and when we did ask for drinks to be provided, the waitress snapped at us and said she’s too busy to deal with us and yelled this across the restaurant. We got fed up and grabbed the drinks ourselves from the drink fountains. Another table was requesting soy sauce, a minor request and again the same waitress snapped at them to get it themselves so they went and grabbed it from behind the counter in the front next to the cashier area. We observed this same waitress ignoring customers for follow up service and would snap at them for asking for service. At time of payment, the manager was initially arguing that tip had to be included, and we argued back that there would be no tip since there was no service and rude service at that. The waitress came and again was yelling back that there’s cameras and kept repeating this as if that mattered or would scare us about telling the truth. I also had to dispute charges for drinks and food that was never served or brought to us, further reducing an incorrect bill. The manager said and did nothing of the antics of the waitress as she sat laughing and continuously being rude to the other customers within the restaurant. Since we had broke the silence on the callous acting of the waitress, other customers followed suit to explain the lack or rude service that was displayed by this same waitress. I usually get carry out from this place and after today that will most likely continue since the manager can only control the food and not the staff of her establishment.

I never went back after that, i decided to give this place one more chance, as i was eating there was a black hair on the shrimp. Disgusting !! they did not even offer me a refund for that item or a partial discount. Definitely not going back AGAIN! EVER! Stay away from this place!

I noticed the decor was pretty plain, I thought th... read more I went for a late lunch at 3:05 pm at Chopsticks on 495 and Shary in Mission. We walked in and sat ourselves. I noticed the decor was pretty plain, I thought the neon beer signs were out of place,even more so because they were not turned on. Honestly, they actually looked like they didn't even work. We received our menus and ordered tea. Good tea I have to say. The menu stated that the lunch specials end at Three and the dinner specials start at Three. Not much of a price difference between the two, we opted for the specials. I was with a long time friend, and He ordered the Shrimp and Cashews, I ordered the Chicken and Green beans. The special comes with choice of rice, soup, and an egg roll. He asked for hot and sour, I asked for egg drop, we both ordered fried rice. The soup came out first, then shortly after the food came out pretty quick, like it was already pre- made quick. The rice didn't smell fresh, and I could tell it was not cooked to order like a good fried rice should be. I'm sure it was steamed rice with soy sauce stirred into it to give it the appearance of fried rice. Overall, I thought the food was lacking true Asian flavors. I tried my friend plate, he had ordered it spicy, and that's all I really tasted was the Chile sauce that was used. I was disappointed to say the least, and won't be going back. P.S. no fortune cookies either

I will certainly be ordering from here again! The only hiccup was that we received what looked like cabbage soup instead of the chicken and corn we ordered. However, since I didn't specifically choose that dish, it wasn't a deal breaker for me! The General Tso's chicken was delicious, and for those who are worried about spice, it was not spicy at all. There was a generous portion, so I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!
