Been coming to this subway for 20 years. Today i came in 10 minutes for closing time and the guy already broke down the register. I remember working in the restaurant business and someone was fired for not being able to provide services duringopening hours. I guess someone's doing good during these crazy covid times. Oh well, el toro subway that's open til 7pm, here icome. View all feedback.
The service was excellent, and the sandwich was delicious. My husband really enjoyed his sandwich as well. Keep up the fantastic customer service; it makes a big difference!
There was a very efficient young man working there. Despite being the only staff member on duty while managing four customers, he handled everything remarkably well.
I've been a regular at this Subway for 20 years. Today, I walked in just 10 minutes before closing, but the employee had already shut down the register. It reminds me of when I worked in the restaurant industry, and someone got fired for not being able to serve customers during business hours. I suppose some people are managing just fine during these challenging COVID times. Anyway, I guess I'll be heading to the El Toro Subway that stays open until 7 PM.
This location is usually staffed by great people. Tonight I came in and there was 1 gentleman working and talking with his friend while he very slowly made his sandwhich. The 2nd worker came out of the back after waiting for a substantial amount oftime. I tried to order a steak salad and he got the bowl and asked if I wanted lettuce. Lol.
Excellent service! The sandwich was fantastic, and my husband really enjoyed his as well. Keep up the exceptional customer service; it makes a big difference!
