Subway - Mission Viejo

They discriminated against me due to a medical condition that I have. They refused to serve me and told me that my kind weren't welcomed here. So I went down the street to eat at Rubios (way better food anyways). I've been going to subway a few times everymonth especially during baseball season and using them for catering options. Never had a problem until today. Never going backagain.

I've been visiting this restaurant nearly every day for years. It’s located in a peaceful area with a friendly and welcoming staff. The place is always clean and features a high-tech soda machine. Recently renovated, it looks fantastic. Bruno and Enrique manage the establishment exceptionally well. It’s one of the best-kept secrets in MV, hidden away in the corner of a strip mall.

I was denied service because I refused to wear a mask. If masks are effective, then what difference does it make to you whether I wear one or not?

The staff was quite rude and short-tempered during my visit. As an elderly person with a hearing impairment, I found it particularly upsetting when they mocked me for having to repeat myself. I'm very disappointed that the staff isn't better trained in customer service.
