Excellent experience here at this Mexican restaurant right next to sprouts!Inside and outside seating available. We came on a Friday around 12:30 pm. Not busy. Plenty of seats available.Loved the decorations and attention to detail. Very clean restaurant inside. Good atmosphere.Estella was such an excellent staff member. Very friendly, very helpful, very polite, and very helpful as I was trying to figure out what to eat.For our 1st time there, it was a great choice. The food was amazing, fresh, delicious, great flavor.Plenty of parking.

We live in Irvine, but come often for special occasions. Our large family orders are always on time and perfect. My favorite is the shredded beef burrito. Holidays, we get tamales by the dozen!

Best Mexican food in Orange County, carnitas are absolutely amazing! It is a great family friendly restaurant!

Visiting from out of state and needing a Mexican fix I asked my parents neighbor where was the best place in OC. He sent me here and I wasn't disappointed. They have 5 little tables in this quaint space with a family owned feel. I ordered the fish tacos- phenomenal! They come with an awesome cilantro crema that I wanted to drink.I ordered some enchiladas and burritos to go and after I told the owner how much I love the fish tacos, he added one to the bag Gratis !Go here- you'll love it!

Olamendi’s in Mission Viejo is one of the best authentic mexican restaurants iv been to. You can really taste the high quality food and comes with an adequate portion. The staff is very friendly and food is cooked quickly so no long wait time. Highly recommend!
