This little gem has great food and great service. The feta avocado toast was delicious. The pancake trio was monstrous and the champagne flight was the perfect pairingWould love to come back on my next visit! View all feedback.
What Robert Marquez doesn't like about Broken Yolk Cafe:
Overpriced and basic. Fresh blueberries were sad and shriveled up.$20 for a cup of Gerber soup, a half sandwich, and a mediocre salad.Better off getting full at Jack in the box View all feedback.

If you are looking for an old school diner menu done right, this is the place.
The ham omelette was undercooked. They apparently use a cheep American type cheese instead of a nice cheddar. The cheese oozed out all under the omelette. So soggy. Hash browns were typical, nothing special. The biscuit tasted microwaved. The ice tea had an unfiltered water or unclean container taste to it. Waiter was personable though.
Warning vegans and vegetarians do not come here. Ordered the “vegan” breakfast bowl and realized there was pieces of bacon in it after I ate more than half of the food. Manager did seem to care or understand the severity of the mistake at all. I am vegan because I morally do not want to eat animals and I also have never eaten meat in my life and this mistake could have made me extremely ill and this was pure carelessness and laziness from the kitchen.
We went here 3 weeks ago and everything was great. Today however the only thing that was good was the server. We were sat at a table that was filled with unnecessary things. What table needs 2 big bowls full of creamer, so over loaded they were falling on the table. The food came extremely fast and everything on both orders was cold, not even luke warm. We not be going back here.
