The only complaint I've ever had about the place is that the dining room is so cavernous that it gets really loud. It's like being in a stadium where the noise level rises and lowers randomly. I am in my 50's now, so if it's too loud, I must be too old. The food was above average, though I was annoyed by the fact that I was charged an extra $6 on the bill for substituting a side salad for fries, even though the waitress said it was allowed.
