What Y Aud doesn't like about Le Montaigu:
Disappointing experience, we had a wobbly table... I ordered a pommeau de Bretagne but the waiter brought me an eau de vie... Probably from the same house (Gorvello distillery) Strawberry nectar=Pago... The food is excellent but nothing surprising. Neither do wine pairings... We spent about 3 hours at the table... Why impose a number of dishes if the kitchen does not assume or anticipate? Too bad for a Michelin star... View all feedback.
More of a traditional restaurant than a real gastronomic restaurant. The cuisine is correct, the setting friendly. Bar and dilapidated restaurant room. Very pleasant setting, calm and warm atmosphere, attentive and discreet staff. Menu 2 starters, 1 main course and 1 dessert with aperitif and 3 glasses of wine.
