Taco Bell - Mishawaka

Taco experience was the worst I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning. The dining area is rarely open, and we prefer to eat in because takeout always ends up cold and soggy. Unfortunately, the last three times we attempted to dine in, the restaurant was closed. We are done with this place. If you enjoy eating out, I suggest avoiding this restaurant; it’s just not worth your time. Service rating: 1/5.

The drive-thru service was exceptionally poor—unfriendly and disrespectful. The staff member who took my order interrupted me and seemed completely dismissive of my presence, hurrying me along. When I finally reached the window, she glanced at us, laughed, and then ignored us for a few minutes. After that frustrating experience, I chose to go next door and spend my money at Burger King instead. The service here was terrible, and the staff's attitude was even worse. I won't be returning.

The experience was quite unprofessional. I wanted to try breakfast this morning, but encountered a rude staff member at the drive-thru who spoke sarcastically when I had trouble reading the menu.

That's really a zero star. we moved there at 10:05 on Friday night (9/23/22) and were first told that we use a card or have exact change. then they said that they no longer command after we waited in the line. no statement, and no excuse. we had to wait for the 4 cars to get their food before we could go.

Food was nasty. Service was slow. And at least one person in line didn't get anyrhing close to what they ordered. Our chalupa flat bread was so stale it was hard as a rock on one side. And the steak in the taco was actually tough.
