Restaurante A Parreirinha

Estavam de férias, mas atenderam a chamada e foram muito simpáticos.

We tried this restaurant based on positive reviews on this site. The place was busy even though it was already 2 pm and the two staff seemed really stressed running around. We weren’t seated until after 10 minutes. We ordered the beef and turkey with rice and potatoes and salad. I must say that the meal was the usual fare, nothing special. I thought we had ordered the prato do dia but this was not the case. They charged us for everything that usually goes with a prato do dia and we paid more than we had expected. Oh, well.

May 1st. Holiday. A packed out sizable restaurant. Waitresses literally running around to look after everyone in time . Mostly with success. Good Chanfana with potatoes and salad and other local specialities. Good atmosphere. Will try again during a weekday.

Straight of the street into a great restauante with atmosphere. Wine from the barrel and food that is very local, no berger and chip here.
