We left super full and I would defini... read more We went for dinner with the meat menu (the one with the least passes), and I must say that the experience was spectacular. We left super full and I would definitely recommend it. The service was incredible, very attentive and friendly. The sommelier recommended different glasses to pair the dishes and they pleasantly surprised us. The way in which they told us the story and the reason for each choice, both of the wines and the dishes, seemed essential to us to enrich the experience. Each dish got better as we went, and the mix of textures and flavors was exquisite. Very well deserved Michelin star, congratulations.
