Smoothie King - MIRAMAR BEACH

Went there today for a smoothie this afternoon, and the employee recommended one for me after asking me what I like. She was very nice and made the best smoothie I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to go back again!

First time visiting this smoothie king and ordered a smoothie and a cup of water. After I got my drink I again asked for a cup of water and was told that “all cups are accounted for”. I needed the water for my one year old. This was either bad customer service or bad store policy. You should change this.

Customer Service does NOT exist in this Smoothie King. As I was in the drive through looking for something to eat, my window was up, the worker then stuck his hand out indicating to pull up to the window, as I pulled up he gave me the most snarkiest comment about how he was talking to me the entire time, when he finally gave me my smoothie it tasted so bad I threw up.

Each time we vacation at Miramar Beach this is our go to smoothie shop. A refreshing snack that is cold and tasty. However, what we thought was poor service we discovered was nothing more or less than the workers being foreign. Knowing cultural differences between us Americans and other people from different countries we aren’t upset about the language barriers or the lack of knowledge of the menu. We understand that this is not “back home” and we appreciate the store being here for us when we visit.

Fast service, nice employees. The keto smoothies are great.
