Grimaldi's Pizzeria - MIRAMAR BEACH

Food is excellent. Service is awful. Don’t even try placing a to-go order, no one will answer

We came in at 7:30 on a busy Friday, May 3rd. Our server was very friendly and told us there would be a 35 minute wait on the pizza, which was fine. They were very busy. She brought us some bread for being patient and was quick with refills. We got the Brooklyn Bridge, it was great! I would definitely come back next time we are in Destin.

What a disfunctional bucket of suck. This restaurant is not that busy but they can't service the tables in house. It appears they are servicing take out orders. I am tempted to order from Fat Clemenza and have it delivered. The service is pathetic. I was watching the order rack and they emptied it and immediately filled it again. I repeat, the restaurant is not that busy!! The server said something about only having one oven. Looking at other reviews, they have been using that excuse for too long. The server offered no compensation for the long time it took to get the pizza on the table. And there were multiple tables that had delays. JUST DON'T BOTHER TO EAT AT THIS PLACE!!! This is the second time we have had a bad experience at this restaurant.

Went in to get a Togo pizza and e en though the restaurant is open, a Togo pizza can't be done. The service is garbage. How hard is it to get a box and throw a pizza in it.Do Better, oh that's right you don't have to because of all the tourists. One visit and done and they got the cash...

Religious experience, with each bite I felt closer to the universe. I partook in his blood (sauce) and his flesh (bread), communion wafers (the food) went so hard. I’m glazing so hard but I don’t care it was scrumptious ?????? ????
