This Fat Tuesday is situated in a beautiful community, and I'm really glad we discovered it. I enjoyed a hurricane slushy while strolling through the shops. It was the strongest one I've ever had—definitely caught me off guard! lol. View all feedback.

I took my little sister to destin for her 21st birthday. I’m 23. We went here for drink. I went first to one order. A blonde lady (I’m assuming the manager because employees were going to her about problems) took my ID and immediately bent my ID in half. Kept looking at me. And then continued to hold my ID In a bending position. She gave it back and told me me ID was “deflected” because it was “bent”. My 21 year ole sister wasn’t ID’d. So my newly 21 year old sister could drink a frozen drink but I was declined. I went next door to a restaurant and order a drink and they told me “they heard about a girl with a deflected ID” and declined me as well. Not sure what this was about but I wanted to share with others! So confused and disappointed.
Went to this place to get a cold drink. I am 22 years old. Because my id did not scan they made my drink. I got 3 sips out of it and they had to recheck my id. After trying to scan it again they called the cops. We waited for the cops to get there and theydid not have a professional scanner. I am 22 years old and should not have to fight for a drink of alcohol if I request one.Would not request going to this place due to the inconvenience of me and my friends.
My 25 yr old daughter and her two friends went in to have a daiquiri. The girls struck up a conversation with a group of ladies (the only other patrons) while they decided what to order. Out of nowhere the middle aged blonde woman, Misty, mentioned inSEVERAL other bad reviews, walked over to them and kicked them out. The other patrons were confused and disgusted at what shehad done for no apparent reason. The security guard also said that he didn?t have any idea why she did that. She has ?majormood swings? and that it would be best to leave. My daughter left without her debit card. I went back to retrieve it for herbecause she was so disturbed by what had happened and didn?t want to face this woman. When I went back she told me she didn?thave it. I then walked out on the patio to call my daughter. While I was on the phone, Misty came out and said in a veryaggressive and hostile way that the girls were kicked out before they had ordered any drinks and she didn?t have it. She thensaid to me ? I had security kick them out and I can have security come and do the same with you.? I literally was on the phonewith my daughter talking in a normal voice doing nothing else. So I said gladly, call security because I am doing nothing buttrying to retrieve a debit card. She then started yelling for security. Security showed up, she aggressively says ?this ladysays I have her daughters card, I don?t have it, so I don?t know why she is still on my patio.? This woman has been mentionedmany times in bad reviews yet she still works there. So I am sure, just like the other reviews, I will get a generic responseand nothing will happen. If you decide to pop in and see a middle aged blonde woman behind the bar, I would turn around and goget a daiquiri somewhere else. This explains the reason why no one was there the entire time I was there. I have NEVER in my 50years of life EVER encountered this kind of ?service? situation. I cannot believe this actually happened.
We visited this establishment with the intention of having a quick drink. All of us presented our IDs, as we are all of legal drinking age. However, the owner or a staff member began questioning one member of our group, which led to issues with scanning IDs. They took our drinks away and called security to investigate. We welcomed the security personnel, given that everyone was of age. Unfortunately, the staff member insulted us by calling us ugly and arrogant, and refused to serve us further. When security arrived, they explained that there was a problem with scanning the ID but we were ready to leave. We will never return to this place! The staff was rude for no reason and could have handled the situation much more professionally. Definitely not worth it!
