I?m a chick fil A lover. But I have to say that this is my favorite location. My daughter loves to come here and play especially for Mrs. Pam she?s an Angel and always puts a smile on all of us.
The people working there seemed new. Very new. Also didn't speak or understand English very well. It was a process but I got what I needed and they were polite. It's already fast food, there's no need to be fussy because it's not ready under 5 minutes
The service here is exceptional, and the Latino manager is the best host I've ever encountered! He's incredibly professional and friendly, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond. He definitely deserves a raise!
I had a wonderful time meeting Donny and Julie this morning. They made my breakfast experience absolutely delightful. I usually just drive through for dinner, but the interior of the restaurant is stunning and radiates a warm, inviting atmosphere. It's clear that they are genuinely passionate about their menu.
The food was excellent, but the service was a bit lacking. I was asked to wait in my car for an online order, but was overlooked. After 20 minutes, I went inside and spoke with the manager. I had placed my order 20 minutes before arriving. The manager was polite and managed to get my order to me within 2 minutes.
