KFC is my favorite fried chicken because of the taste imparted by their infamous 11 herbs spices. However, I keep running into problems when I order a 2 piece b... read more KFC is my favorite fried chicken because of the taste imparted by their infamous 11 herbs spices. However, I keep running into problems when I order a 2 piece breast wing meal. The employees taking my order always ring it up as a 2 piece combo. Andwhen I bring the error to their attention, they tell me that the combo and meal are the same. I know better because I order thesame thing every visit and I know a combo has one side and a drink vs a meal which has 2 sides and no drink. Each time I had toget the manager involved to get my order corrected. This is clearly an issue with the training these employees are receiving.In one case I was overcharged $4 because the employee added an extra side to a combo. Fortunately for me, the manager was ableto fix the problem. I would go to KFC more often if I didn't have to go through so much hassle ordering my favourite meal.

I specifically as... read more I ordered the 3-piece Chicken Combo, but they didn't give me the chicken I requested. Instead, they substituted what they felt like providing. I specifically asked for the original recipe and received extra crispy instead. This mix-up happens every time I order from KFC.
