What O Kemi Laniya doesn't like about Jollof Pot:
The portions for the swallows are laughable and are portioned for a small child though not priced as a child’s meal. I typically eat small, usually have leftovers from a restaurant order and this is unsatisfying even for me. The young lady that works at the register is quite unwelcoming. Amazing service and food! They have agege bread (Nigerian butter bread). Their jollof rice is exceptional. This is the best Nigerian restaurant/store for miles! Will definitely be going back.

Amazing first time visit! Efo-riro with pounded yam ? ? ? ? ? Snapper with jollof rice and plantains ? ? ? ? ? Chicken with jollof rice and plantains ? ? ? ? ? First time trying African food and it was an excellent experience. We picked up our meal for to go and customer service was lovely. The restaurant doesn?t do call aheads as of now but the service was quick and friendly. The woman serving us and helping up check out and kind and happy to help describe the dishes tous as well as answer any questions we had. The efo-riro and pounded yam were delicious!! The mix of spinach and various meats were so flavorful and great. The snapper and jollof rice were definitely the star. The snapper was huge, fluffy,meaty, and spiced so well. Stop by to try Jollof pot!
Firstly they have a great customer service. The staff is very helpful in terms of helping us understand each food items they have. However the food itself were horrible. The meat was very dry and tasteless. We got the soup as well and they were very bland too not much flavor. They were also a bit on the pricer end especially the food was not great.The place was very quiet and mostly people do take out. The place was also very clean too. But overall won’t be coming back again.
Everyone is very friendly and kind. The music is also always banging. The food is divine. I Never get tired of eating here. I even drove 30+ mins sometimes when the cravings hit. Some of the best I’ve had.The staff treats me and my coworkers so well. Complements to the Chef and the crew. May God bless the hands and lives of the people in this restaurant.
