Sietan is a niche vegan restaurant. It is located near apartment buildings in Lima, a little away from the centre. But standards have fallen since we were there last. The place is quite unfriendly. Two tables were reserved though nobody came. Last time the hostess wire a neat sietan t shirt and spoke English. This time the host woreva t shirt with an insect on it. Food was excellent and portions were large (contrary to what we’d read). The price was a little expensive. Service was great though.
A little pricey but the food was very delicious! I had the Chorizopan and my friend had the Cheeseburger. Atmosphere and decor were also great.
Mushroom ceviche is a must try. Very flavorful and spicy. BBQ cauliflower was equally good. If we are visiting the city again, we will definitely come here. Recommended :
