on 03 September 5;45 we command two trios. it took 40 minutes of waiting and some polite interventions, then one last more direct to the manager asking for our refund to finally receive our meal. No excuses on his part, he serves us our meal on a reprobator tone by telling us to take it or you want your refund. View all feedback.
The service at this restaurant, especially at night, is terrible. I have a video of three people who are completely incompetent. I have been a Tim Hortons customer for the past 15 years, but I have never experienced such a lack of service where they don't even take the client's order for 10 minutes.

Worst location ever can deal with . I just had chicken noodle soup with regular lemonade . I can't say more for the soup . There is nothing they just filled with water. No noodle no even one piece chicken. The lady gave me lemonade then forgot me waiting in the car until other guy came in asked in french what are you waiting for ? I said my soup he found it on a side . I wished if I could check it before took it . It's just coloured water with flavour. Must change the name and drop chicken.Lemonade is something else rather than calling it lemonade.i added it just after the ice melted
I adore the staff at this restaurant. They treated me with respect and genuine hospitality!
