We find a wide choice of pastries, breads, we appreciate the quality of the products,
Maison Lambert is a house well known to everyone thanks to their professional experience and the quality of their products but the only downside that I noticed and which is a real shame for a bakery concerns the baguettes which are not at all to be kept Once purchased, you must eat it immediately because otherwise it becomes elastic. Unlike other bakeries where the bread can be kept for several days, I find it really unfortunate that this is not the case with you, especially as baguettes are becoming more and more expensive. On the other hand, on the pastry side, everything is perfect, well done to your pastry chef.
