When I received the cup it was 2 scoops of vanilla with cream and 2 frozen raspberries.

We eventually got one and ordered coffee, a toastie and cake, which were nice actually. There wasn't much of a selection though (3 pm), so although the views are spectacular, it's really just for drinks til dinner time.

However, we sat on a "terrasse that was closed on 3 sides and the 4th side had a glass front that was only partially open. The food was average and expensive. The beef tartare was ok, but the fried fish plater had some pieces of unidentifiable taste fish and the beef fillet has supposedly fried potatoes on it but it had a very strange taste. Despite the location, I can not recommend that restaurant

The food was presented beautifully and was fresh and appetising and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Service was friendly and efficient and we sampled lovely local wines. We've earmarked L'Approdo as a repeat.
