The restaurant has undergone a change in ownership, and the food reflects this shift. The menu has been revamped, now featuring a selection of fresh vegetables or salads, along with choices of chicken or new potatoes. Everything is cooked beautifully, and the staff are wonderfully attentive. It's a charming, traditional country pub. View all feedback.
There was only a weekend in the hirtenhütte in the stables. fantastic location, good old fashion pub without air or grace. eating was amazing (steak was cooked to perfection,) our host, bronwyn, could not have been attentive anymore. everything we needed for a night and charlie the gay was a bonus. we're coming back!
First Sunday roast at the Stables and it did not disappoint. Food was delicious, fire roaring and nice wine, what more could you want on a chilly Sunday.

Beer was good, ladies running it really nice, locals chatty, homemade pies fabulous!
