Not good. Small portion and I had a long bit of string in my beef. There was no apology just a comment from the cook that she should have charged more for it. I wouldn't go there again

Well what can I say really. Eaten here 3 times now over the past few months. What value for money, choice of meats, choice of condiments and desserts. Fantastic service from, bar staff, waitresses, chefs, and members. Traditional filling homemade roast dinner. Highly recommended. Great British atmosphere xxx welldone

We typically dine here when we visit our daughter. We've been here both during the week and for Sunday lunch, and the food is consistently excellent. We also had Christmas dinner here last year, which was absolutely fantastic, and we would definitely go back.

I dined here today, as I have for several years, and once again, I was impressed. The portions are enormous—you practically have to roll home afterward! The food is made from fresh ingredients, and the service is excellent. Great job, Gail and team! I did notice someone mentioned a complaint about the portion sizes, but I can assure you, they are definitely HUGE!
