Additionally, they struggle with the computer system, resulting in incorrect charges for your order. This happens frequently. Be prepared to wait a long time—avoid this place if you're short on time, as it can take over 20 minutes just to get served.

Every time we visit, we find ourselves having to explain how to make subs, and the employees even mention that it's not usually their job. This happens every single time we go. They definitely need to invest in proper training. Additionally, they should consider getting a more reliable toaster oven. That said, it’s still a better option than the fast-food place down the road.
