Taco Bell - Minot

Great experience this afternoon. I asked my tacos to be somehow deconstructed so I could heat the beef when I came home. They went beyond and beyond to provide a great experience. Jade and the kitchen team know how to communicate very well. This is quite rare in fast food nowadays, especially for employees in short supply.

If no orders were taken in the interior of the register, they had to place through the kiosk. Both employees I saw were sick.

You are not a full-time person to take orders in the restorer. Had a sign written that someone would be as soon as possible, but that took 10 minutes. So sad because Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat. Clams for tacos were not crisp. Didn't have what I originally wanted, although it was still on the menu.

(I have autism and special food needs) I've been in Minot for three months, eating Taco Bell for all these three months, but hearing bad things. But I finally got stuck and now I see why his badly checked. Need to wait for cold food and the wrong drink (Drink is understandable because drinks can run out and I don't think of Mnt Dew, but would have loved my Sierra Mist). Asked for chicken and cheese and no salad on Taco and it hardly had ANYTHING on him for only chicken and cheese. Some salad during the taco make it smell disgusting and every bite tasted like salad. Burrito (I asked about potatoes, red sauce without acid cream) came filled with acid cream, so I only got a bite before I spit it out (sensitiv to acid cream). No red sauce and even no nacho cheese? On a five-layer burrito? And only 4 potatoes were in Burrito, of which 3 were COATED in acid cream, which made me useless. Even the Cinnabons were cold.

Stopped to order food, was so excited to live in a town that had one again. When pulled up there were 2 cars ahead. They waited for car 1 to order and completely pull back on the main road before taking car 2's order by the time I pulled up it had been 20 minutes and they wanted me to wait until they completely filled that order and they drove off as well. Way back when I worked fast food, I could get out tons of orders in that amount of time. A turtle moves faster. I knew immediately from all my management that means this place is poorly managed it doesn't take that long unless only one person is working the whole store and even me by myself could do better with only 3 cars.
