busy, actually extremely busy, but what do they expect there is an employment crisis with which they now set signs in almost every operation they visit. they have asked for a special question despite the difficulties with their machines. it hit the place, just happy that they picked up my desire for an orange cream. What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I tried to eat lunch at lunch, but the lobby was closed, so we went somewhere else. later for ice cream. the drive part was closed only with the lift. I have to order and they were from oreo topping. eating was good to disappoint only a lot of other things. View all feedback.
We were visiting I’ve been seeing posts about the new patty melt at sonic so I wanted to try it .we went through the drive-through. There What is one car in front of us it took about 10 minutes once we got up there no one came to talk to us so we decided to go to the car hopper And they told us all the car hoppers were closed so we got back to the line in the drive-through proceeded to wait there again as we had to keep saying hello through the speaker when someone finally got on there our fries were cold and I’m going to put a picture of my patty melt that definitely did not look like the picture my onions were raw they were not grilled and I was pretty surprised that the patty melt did not have any thousand Island dressing on it because usually that’s what a patty melt has on it with the grilled onions a little disappointing The first picture was my patty melt the second picture is what it should’ve looked like
I just wanted to try their new butter steak burger thing. I ordered that and only that. A single cheeseburger. It took them 14 minutes to get it to me after they took my payment in the drive through. The burger was decent (although cold), I can't lie about that. But a fast food place should not take that long. Very lazy, slow, inefficient cooks working there. If you are in a crunch for time, FOR SURE do not go here. If you don't mind waiting an eternity for a cold burger, this is your place.
Tried to get the steak burger advertised as the latest special offering. The drive thru worker was oblivious (though it was advertised on the sign) and after querying her manager, said they couldn't make it that day. The whole exchange was filled with a tone of apathy. I get that after a blizzard supplies were likely affected, but to really not care and make no secret of not caring is really poor customer service.
First off, if you're going to go, stay in your car. The interior was unclean, every seat and table, and there are virtually no seats or tables. When we entered, we had to wait several minutes before anyone came out of the back area and they seemed surprised anyone came in to eat. Service was slow, food was borderline, and accommodations were lacking. The only good thing I can say is that one employee came out to offer a kids toy to my children and was friendly.
This sonic never has slushees, and they are literally out of everything all of the time. On top of that, the service takes ten years and you will be waiting for at least thirty minutes (even in the drive-thru)… but wait, even the staff are the rudest sonic employees I have ever met. 0/10. If I could give them zero stars i would.
