They remade my whole order when I was running late to pick it up just so it was fresh and hot. They went above and beyond and exceeded expectations! The crew that worked the afternoon on 1/27/22 rock!??????

From the city of kc, my man and I showed it was just terrible service. would never go back the girl who worked at the front ignored her literally as if nothing with the blond hair. was not happy for the price we paid for eating and for the amount she just lined on our teller! the girl when I needed help to ask about the necessity of a box to go literally standing her listener gto me but did nothing g as sauce to make.very bad service and very rude! I feel like I have a free meal..kc grilling places are always nice friendly, and always leaves innocent crowds of food for you..It's a shame that they only 1 customer then I'm in the building, but no we don't why.

I want to give this place more stars but I can only give 2 because of the service, or the LACK OF SERVICE. We love bbq, and have had Dickeys before, but we will be very reluctant to come back. Disinterested employees, we were the only people in line' and they didn't even acknowledge us for 5 minutes at least, tables dirty, cold food and NO SAUCE. We asked multiple times for them to bring some out, and it took 15 minutes before someone even cared to refill the sauce containers. Our already cold food was even colder by the time we could enjoy' it with their bbq sauce (which we had go put in a drink cup because they hadn't/wouldn't restock their little sauce cups). Very sadly disappointed with this visit.
