I LOVE DENNY'S ALL STAR AMERICAN BREAKFAST. THERE IS NEVER ANY LEFTOVERS.
This Denny's was cleaner than many others I’ve visited. It was a busy day, just two days after Christmas, but the wait for a table wasn’t long at all. When we were seated, the table was still wet, but they provided us with napkins to dry it off ourselves, which I thought would have been better handled by the staff. After sitting there for a bit, I felt a bit like a celebrity because people kept staring—it was amusing! The food was hot and well-prepared, but the service was just okay. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could have been improved. At one point, our server stopped in the middle of the aisle to chat with what seemed to be a friend for about 15 minutes, while other customers were attempting to get her attention. She was friendly, though.
Ate on Xmas eve; Had the build your own Grand slam. Egg whites, bacon, fruit and hashbrowns. Normally I don't order eggs, was expecting them over cooked (most times they are at any restaurant), but they were perfect today. Thank you to the cook. Made my day.
