My husband and I had the wonderful experience of participating in a cooking class with Maria Lucia, restaurant owner chef at Trattoria A' Ricetta last week. Maria Lucia provided great instruction and was a wonderful, warm host, whilst Emily provided great assistance and insight into local Minori life. We finished the session with the delicious meal we prepared, accompanied by treats, wine and house made Limoncello. Truly memorable, highly recommended!
The fish was very bad, both grilled and in the oven. In the munu it was listed as fresh fish, but actual result was ppoorly prepared fish filet :
