Been going to this place for years, service has gone downhill. Order is always wrong. I literally give specific numbers for cream and sugar as well as the number of pumps and still is wrong. I rather drive the extra couple mins to the one by jewel.They never mess my order up this many times in a row. View all feedback.
Super super slow.. several cars were leaving the line. Definitely need more help
Stopped going because the staff were disrespectful including the owner. Got my orders wrong every single time I was there whether drive thru or going in.
Dont stop here they never get an order right. Not sure how you can mess up a black coffee but this location will do it!! Morris is way better!

Blonde haired drive-thru lady talked over us when we were giving our order, got the order entirely wrong, charged us $6.98 for the wrong drink, put our bagel on the counter then ignored us when we tried to ask for it/correct the drink. She then said sheDIDNT charge for the bagel and it would be another $3 which makes us think she was trying to scam us since there was no receiptand a bagel/drink is about $6 off the official menu. We went inside to get the correct drink and was told to have patiencebefore being given the same (now cold/hard) bagel. Do not go here honestly, I've worked at dunkin before and none of this isacceptable.
