I pulled in to the drive th... read more I usually throw out great reviews but I 'm pretty disappointed. I was cutting through town and was like, oh a burger would be great! I pulled in to the drive through, there was maybe 6 cars in front on me. It 's lunch on time on a Sat (10/22/22), not bigdeal. I ordered cheese burger with frys, and a water. Nothing special. Took me 20min to get my food, I did read the sign aboutit taking 6min to make any chicken items. Ok, I understand that, I 'm not complaining. Finally reach the window and greeted witha smile, pay for my food and pull out. I pull in to the next parking lot and take a bite.... the burger is cold. Like not evenroom temp cold, like sat on a metal counter top cold. I get the whole, wait for good food kinda thing, I 'm a very understandingperson but it was not worth the wait. I 'm sure it 's a logistics issue like hey, we have 20min of chicken orders, we need towait a few min to make this guy 's burger kinda thing. I ate it like a starving dog anyways. But long story short, I should 'vechecked the reviews.

There was a sign on the door warning that they were short staffed, so to be patient; it was quickly evident that was indeed the case. There was a bit of a wait and the staff seemed a bit frazzled. It however wascertainly worth the wait. Our order was made correctly (no tomato on my burger), and all of the food was very good; it felt likeit was made fresh to order. I also got some Wisconsin cheese curds that were very good, because you can't travel throughWisconsin and not order cheese curds. The decor was neat, and gave us something to look at while we waited.

Employees handling ready-to-eat food weren’t wearing gloves, and there was someone d... read more While waiting in the drive-thru, I noticed multiple health code violations. Employees handling ready-to-eat food weren’t wearing gloves, and there was someone drinking in the kitchen. Hand washing seemed nonexistent. Honestly, how can I be expected to eat here?
