I waited at the drive-thru and asked if anyone was there. The staff member responded rudely and said, "We'll be with you in about 5 minutes." When I drove up and asked who had been disrespectful, he admitted it was him. Very professional! I contacted the manager, but didn't receive any resolution. What a disappointment. View all feedback.

The curly fries were cold and hard, as if they had been sitting out for too long and were scraped from the leftover bin instead of being fresh. The sandwiches were also cold. This was the worst Arby’s experience I've ever had. I tried calling, but all I got was a message saying the voicemail wasn't set up. I gave it one star, and that’s being generous.
