When we got home, not only were we missing... read more We web ordered and picked up. The employee was rude when asked a standard question about adding an item to our order. When we got home, not only were we missing two entrees out of six but two entrees that we DID receive intended for children had the spicy salsa on them (not ordered by us) and most looked like the below photo.I tried calling three separate times hoping to be able to pick up the missing entrees and all three times I was disconnected before speaking with anyone.I tried an online complaint but the BOT system is worthless.

Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my order, it was lost and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. When I finally got home, I realized they had given me carnitas instead of fajitas (I am not vegan) and had completely forgotten the guacamole (which I had paid extra for) and used the wrong salsa.

I appreciate that isn’t their fault; but why can’t the app be more helpful at recommending a reasonable time. The food was great though. It’s still go here as it’s fire 100.

Change their hours openly what they are actually. do not allow them to pick orders when they close early by chance. thank you for taking my money and telling my... read more Change their hours openly what they are actually. do not allow them to pick orders when they close early by chance. thank you for taking my money and telling my man when he picked up, we didn't even do it because we closed at 8 customer services, there's nothing at this place. Not our first terrible experience here, but will be the last. this place is a sweat, including the majority of their rude staff.
