When we got home, not only were we missing... read more We web ordered and picked up. The employee was rude when asked a standard question about adding an item to our order. When we got home, not only were we missing two entrees out of six but two entrees that we DID receive intended for children had the spicy salsa on them (not ordered by us) and most looked like the below photo.I tried calling three separate times hoping to be able to pick up the missing entrees and all three times I was disconnected before speaking with anyone.I tried an online complaint but the BOT system is worthless.

Restaurant is always dirty, and the online orders dont even work sometimes. Dont eat here.

I sp... read more I order food for this location today on the app. When I arrived they were closed. I don’t understand why it allowed me to order food if they were not open. I spent what little break I had from work going there to get food.The customer service on the website and app were impossible to use. Kept giving automated responses took over ten minutes to get a refund.There were several customers waiting outside as well for their orders. I run a business that is on limited hours and we turn off orders when we are not able to fill them.I understand that businesses are struggling but this is a company that has the technology for this not to happen. And could be a little more sympathetic then sorry we refunded your money.

I appreciate that isn’t their fault; but why can’t the app be more helpful at recommending a reasonable time. The food was great though. It’s still go here as it’s fire 100.
