We used Buttercream for our wedding at Machine Shop and they were a hit! I loved them at our tasting and it was even better at the wedding. Unfortunately our wedding cake looked nothing like what we asked for. Customer service could not be any more disorganized as just 2 weeks before the wedding they had no clue what flavor or design we wanted when we had already communicated that. We booked buttercream for our wedding cakes and cupcakes and they were fantastic! Our tasting was super the cake and freezing were light and the mouse was so good! We chose with a small tie cake and a variety of flavors of cupcakes. The cupcakes were beautiful and the cake was so good. We had several people telling us that the cupcakes were the best cupcakes they ever had! The prices were also very reasonable and cupcakes were regular size, not smaller, as some bakeries do for weddings. Would highly recommend it!
Oh, my God, I don't even like cake, really. I had her cake at my best friends wedding and thought I would die, it was so incredible. I will have her cake again, thank you for giving me a new love for the cake (I think??????
A recommendation by Nicollet Island Inn — they have us with two delicious 6” gluten-free cakes: Irish cream and raspberry marble.
Under promise and under delivered. The sample tray (which was suppose to be cupcakes), was thin slices of cake. Over priced and was just ok in flavor.
Two stars because it was delicious. But the presentation was a one star, “barely”. My son wanted a dramatic TALL cake. Sadly it was extraordinarily basic, and terribly expensive. The stand was also slightly crooked and plastic?? They pulled flowers from the bouquets to add to the cake… looked hodgepodge. Only used because the wedding planner pushed them.
