Taco Bell - Minneapolis

Last Thursday at 8:30 pm, we decided to try this restaurant and, although there was a slight wait, it wasn't too bad. We ordered a soft taco and a cheesy roll-up, both of which came out hot. The roll-up was especially delicious, filled with a generous amount of cheese. The staff was also very friendly.

I do not recommend ordering food through the app at this restaurant. I ordered food for my family using the app and went to pick it up, only to be informed that several items I had ordered were not available. Despite being willing to skip those items, I was told that their system did not allow for modifications or refunds. Instead, they offered me $15 worth of cinnamon twists as a substitute, which I did not want. In the end, I had to accept the loss and donate $15 before leaving with whatever food they had on hand.

The food at this restaurant is typical of what you would find at Taco Bell. However, be prepared to pay for items that you may not actually receive. I reluctantly went there out of necessity, and yet again I am missing an item that I paid for. This experience was frustrating and serves as a reminder of why I usually avoid Taco Bell.

The food was cold and badly finished. The guy I talked to in the car thru was annoying about the tip, I know you're boring, but cmon. The kitchen area looked clean and the other staff was nice.

Suitable for human consumption. Says it directly on the box of precooked beef. Extremely long wait in the Drive-Thru. Very courteous staff, but definitely out of the game. Forgotten drinks, no sauce, missing tacos. Good memory of why I'm going to TB twice a year.
