Busters On 28th Avenue - Minneapolis

My husband?s favorite burger in twin cities is at Busters! Classic pub burger with shredded salad, huge patty and soft bungalow. Children's meals are huge (seriously- they look just like adult meals! I like the sandwiches... they're making a middle reuben and steak sandwich. You have a children eating free night that is quite amazing. Service is great, beer menu extensive.

We met at Buster last night. We weren't there in a year, or so... our children stopped visiting the place, because in high-top tables for toddlers are hard. I didn't go in last night, but I can say that we were all happy with the terrace makeover and our grandchildren would also be good out there. Everything looks just a bit up, more organized and separated from the sidewalk, more tables! We had a fantastic meal of Steak fajita, the Buster Salat (Rauch and Splittable) and a sequence of their fantastic sweet potatoes. We were all impressed by the quality of steak in the Fajitas... it was so tender and tasteful. Plenty of kick in the spices and accompanied by a grilled ear rolled from corn in finely grated cheese. Everything was really delicious, good wines available and a great beer list for my hubby. Very friendly, hard working server also. We will definitely be back!!!

Stopped here for dinner while visiting. He said we would not be disappointed and we were not! Great selection of beer and even better appetizers. We got the pretzels and onion rings. I?m normally not a fan of onion rings but they were perfect. Our sandwiches were great and the fries were as well. A big debate at the table was if the ketchup is regular store bought or house made, because it was excellent. Can?t recommend this place enough!

Do you like to try new beers, but also like a challenge picking beers, because a place has a massive tap list? Do you like amazing food? Then don't look. Buster's on the 28th place. The service was unbelievable, even in this climate, where the service industry staff were decimated. Food (walleye rachel BBQ pork sand, the w/ sweet potato friries and house made chips) everything was incredible. Live in the Nord-U-Bahn and don't venture under the MPLS/St. Paul line too often, but for this place we will certainly take more than eager to take this ride.
