Birchwood Cafe - Minneapolis

There were no tables available when we arrived, and instead of having us wait they basically told us to leave, which is an experience I've never had at any restaurant before.

The restaurant offers delicious food in an elegant dining setting with a modern atmosphere. You can choose to dine in, enjoy outdoor seating, or opt for takeout. Overall, a great experience!

My favorite place in Minneapolis for breakfast lunch or dinner. Great coffee and the dishes are fantastic. Very friendly waiters. A must go

Food is ok, staff is nice, but you need to do a ton of work between downloading the app, ordering your own food through the app, etc... I'm here for the weekend; if I wanted to do all this work, I'd stay home and cook.

I ordered coffee and a savory waffle. I never received a drink menu, but I overheard the table next to mine chatting about their mimosas. While waiting for my food, a server brought a plate with peanut butter and placed it on the ground for the dog at the table next to me. The presentation of my plate did not match what was shown on the website. After taking just one bite, I decided to pay my $23 bill and leave. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable, especially knowing that the staff allows dogs to lick peanut butter from the same plates used for serving customers.
