Customer service is seriously amazing, especially for a fast food restaurant. Fast service too. Order was incorrect at first (just wrong fries) but they fixed it right away, no problem. I was able to get our lunch back to work on timewith time to still eat.

They were responsible for half of the difficulty. Arby's should've been able to put that order, as well as my order,(2 beef n chedders)and have us on our way in much less time. I'm sure there are reasons for the delay beyond what I was aware of... but that wasfrustrating to the point ill not return.

Additionally, my child's chicken nuggets were very small, leaving her hungry afterward. I won't be ordering from here again.

I ended up with no food and was informed it would take three to five business days to get my money back.

During my last few visits, I ordered one item, received another in the bag,... read more The quality and service at this Arby's have significantly declined in recent months. During my last few visits, I ordered one item, received another in the bag, and found a third completely different item on the receipt. Today, I checked at the window and discovered the wrong side, but the staff insisted that was what I ordered. Additionally, the smokehouse brisket was just a bag of roast beef and a loose bun (not even sure if that's a menu item?). I will likely choose McDonald's next time; while it's not great, at least it's consistent.
