Mactan Kaya Korean - Minglanilla

The dining experience was absolutely amazing! The service provided by the staff was outstanding. The restaurant was impeccably clean. There was minimal waiting time, and we were seated and served with beautiful smiles right away. I would definitely come back without hesitation. I was extremely pleased with my dinner here!

The best Korean restaurant. it's a bit expensive, but worth every peso they pay. everything on the menu is great.

The interior is very unique and welcoming. Their menu is quite above the regular prices of most korean bbq restaurant but definitely because of its aged meat up to 14 days. That means the meat is tender and taste is super good. They also serve unlimited side dishes such as korean pancake, kimchi, raddish, japchae, lettuce and vegies on a small serving dish. We brought along 2 babies and 3 kids. All were having a great time digging in their rice, egg and soup. We ate for about 1 hour and half enjoying the tasty pork, beef, samgyup, bolgogi while the 2 babies were munching on the carrots. Their comfort room needs a little bit of repair but all essentials were there. We paid a total of Php 4~k for about 5 adults, 3 kids meal. Others things to note: Price range of pork beef is from Php 300 to 500 per dish. They dont have WIFI They provide high chairs for babies Payment mode is only CASH

We have visited this restaurant three times now. The first time was on November 24th with our close friends to celebrate the dedication of our baby. I almost cancelled the booking when one of the owners complained that our guests had not arrived yet and some of the tables we had reserved were still empty. However, I insisted that everything was within the agreed booking time of 6 to 7pm. Due to heavy traffic on that Sunday, we were delayed but thanks to Maria, the waitress, who confirmed our booking and the other owner who agreed to prepare as we had requested, we were able to start eating once all our guests had arrived. We had a great time together, not just because of the food. We were later bothered by others wanting photos with our friend, Pilar Pilapil, who is an actress and the Godmother of our baby. However, this is something that happens when you are with famous people. I would give the restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 because of the unprofessional behavior of one of the owners. Despite this, it is the best Korean Grill Restaurant in Cebu that we have visited. The quality of service, atmosphere, design, furniture, and food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. One noteworthy aspect is that Kaya Restaurant uses charcoal for grilling, unlike other BBQ restaurants. The staff at Mactan Kaya Restaurant are polite, friendly, and professional, even in comparison to those at more expensive restaurants like Shangri-La and Plantation Bay. A big compliment to the staff.
