Was Shin Ishihara at ào Wū a mag?
The Tokushima Ramen shop is relatively new. This is their second branch. I always love their summer menu dish, Hiyashi Chuka. They also offer regular Tokushima Ramen, Tantanmen, and other ramen options, as well as rice dishes. They also have an option for extra noodles, so you can order a regular bowl and if you like it, you can add extra noodles later! View all feedback.

I saw this restaurant featured in the Tokushima monthly magazine and immediately wanted to visit after seeing the photos. I ordered the Tokushima ramen with meatballs for 860 yen and fried rice. The soup was rich, but the fried rice was light, so it didn't feel too heavy. I'm also interested in trying the warm egg and dried fish bowl next time. The restroom was clean, which was good, but the only disappointing thing was that the staff did not greet me when they came to the register for the automatic payment. I understand they may be busy, but it would be nice if they made a little more effort to say "thank you" before leaving.
I had the Tokushima ramen and shirasu rice bowl set. The Tokushima ramen was rich and topped with boiled shirasu and green onions, to be enjoyed with a special sudachi sauce for the shirasu bowl. The sauce for the shirasu bowl was slightly sweet. Personally, I would have preferred a bit less sweetness and more acidity. There were 4-5 table seats and each counter seat was separated. The food came out quickly after ordering, which was great.
