The persimmon leaf sushi and somen were both incredibly delicious! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I highly recommend the healthy lunch set, but personally I find the Asuka Nabe course to be delicious. The rich flavor of sesame tofu, fresh persimmon leaf sushi, and the dessert that comes after the udon noodles are truly amazing. It may not be as crowded during busy times, but enjoying a meal during quieter times is truly a luxurious treat. This place is definitely a must-stop on your trip to Nara.

I tried the daily lunch special and the Asuka Traveler's Taste Set. The udon noodles in the set were filled with a variety of toppings such as shrimp tempura, lotus root tempura, big pieces of tempura, sesame tofu, and pumpkin, all of which were visually appealing and delicious. The persimmon leaf sushi made with young leaves only available this time of year was very satisfying. The simmered fish and vegetables in the daily lunch special were also very tasty. I look forward to trying the Asuka hot pot next time.

飛鳥鍋コースを頂きました。 二人で約8,000円也。 色々な食材を丁寧に料理されていて、流石は老舗の料理屋さんだと感じました。

岡寺の近くでランチのため訪問。 飛鳥セットを注文。 にゅうめんは麺も汁も具材も 全てが丁寧に調理されている。 優しい味わいだけど、具材各々誇張がハッキリしていて旨い。 柿の葉すしは、ギチギチぎゅうぎゅうなイメージだったけど、こんなにふわっと優しい味なんだと感動。 わらびもちはとろける旨さ。 店員さん優しい。 猫ちゃんがお出迎えしてくれる。素敵なお店。
