The canitas that they do on Sunday mornings are so delicious that you see people arriving from 8:00 am (if you plan to take away it is better to get up early) because at 10:00 am there is nothing. Excellent quality and service
They are not carnitas, it is a butcher shop and they only make carnitas in the morning on weekends.
