The food and service is also exceptional in this restaurant serving both meat and fish. The cook born on site is internationally trained and shows both taste and creative presentation. The cook and the woman will spend time with you and treat you as a friend, including you extras. This is an unbeatable experience for every restaurant and especially impressive for this small town.

My wife and I, where on a hiking trip in the beautiful Mineral del Chico and celebrated our anniversary dune on la Trucha Grilla. We had a 5-course menu. Everything that is very tasteful and whistling a lot of detail. The service, from the waiters and the cook itself was top level. It's nice to find places like these. 100% recommended!!

I had such an amazing time with dinner in this restaurant that we found by chance! Someone recommended it, but there was not room for the first night, the next we had luck and we even know the owners and chefs!! It felt like home, it was as familiar and they treated us like family! Food was warm and very special and beautiful for the stomach! I want to come back soon!!

This unassuming restaurant gave us an incredible meal. They use fresh vegetables, fruit, and trout and are creative with flavors and ingredients. We met the chef and he's very motivated to make wonderful and fresh meals. A true gem.
