Hidden jewel in Mineola. If you like the pizza in Italian style, this place will transport you there without the airfare. Was Haven?t to another pizzeria on Long Island, which serves so thin crispy crust or this wonderful hearty crispy Sicilian style. Stopped here with my girlfriend for an early dinner on the way home. She ordered a spinach artichoke slice, I ordered two buffalo chicken slices. Both of my slices were burnt, to the extent that there was an audible crunch when I bit into the crust. Great pizza. But was charged $21 for 2 plain slices and 2 grandma slices. Not to mention the slices are very very small. Probably would goto another pizzzeria that’s not outrageous pricing.
